Ingredients:   Houttynia(Yu Xing Cao), Trichosanthes(Gua Lou Ren), Poria(Fu Ling), White Mulberry root(Sang Bai Pi), Perilla seed(Zi Su Zi), Peucedanuma root(Qian Hu), Tartarian ster root(Zi Wang), Coltsfoot flower(Kuan Dong Hua), Pinellia rhizome(Zhi Ban Xia), Chinese Licorice root(Gan Cao), Apricot seed(Xin Ren), Tangerine dried rind of mature fruit(Chen Pi). 

Other ingredients: Vegetable cellulose (as capsule's shell)

Size: 60 Capsules/ bottle. (450mg Each).

Directions:    As a dietary supplement,  Take 5 capsules 3 times a day with warm water.
