-Noon :  Codonopsis  (root) , Bletilla (rhizome) , Corydolis yanhuso (tuber) , Pearl powder (concha margaritifera ).

 -Night: Chinese salvia (root&rhizome) , Ophippogon (root tuber) , Gardenia (fruit ) , Chinese  Yam (rhizome) .

Other ingredients : Gelatin, Water, Glycerin.

Serving Size:  4 Capsules     Servings Per Container : 9

Directions:  Take 4 capsules in the morning, 4 capsules in the afternoon, 4capsules at night.
