Ingredients:      Isatis(root), Forsythia(root), Grass-leaf sweetflag(rhizome), Isatis(leaf), Rehmannia(unprocessed root tuber), Phragmites(rhizome), Anemarrhena(rhizome), Chinese giant hyssop(whole plant), Turmeric(root tuber).

Other ingredients : sugar.

Serving Side:    1 Packet (10g)      Servings per container  10

Directions:    As a dietary supplement,  for take 1-2 packet 3 times a day as needed. Do not use if you are pregnant.
