Ingredients:    She Chuan Zi ( Frutus Cnidii), Hua Jiao (Pericarpium Zanthoxyli), Rou Gui (Cortex Cinnamoomi), Bai Zhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae), Shi Zhu (Flos Caryophylli, Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum), Gao Li Shen ( Panax Ginseng), Bai Zhu ( Rhizome Atractylodis).

Method of Use:  Simple and convenient, the user opens the metal casing on the product 30-60 minutes before bed time and spray a thin layer of the lotion to a local area, externally. Nrote that the spray bottle has to be vertical as you spray and cannot be inverted.

Warnings:  1. Never let this solution come in contact with eyes or mouth. External use only. For external use only. Cannot be applied to wounds or damaged skin.   2. This product is hazardous to be taken orally, and should not be used liberally.  Apply a thin layer only. Stop use if discomfort occur after application.
